The game is great and you should definitley get the season pass as it comes with 2 bonus episodes that answer the most important questions of the story, i really wish they would of gave the game different name instead of making it look like a sequel ,it is its own game and story,also dont judge game on first episode as it gets really good as you play on, graphics are great and controls work well ,and great sound,the star of this game tho is the story, great job capcom,,,,4 out of 5 or 8 out of 10

This game is as close as Capcom has got to capturing the feel of RE4, which many consider the best in the series. While this game may be overlooked for being a "spinoff" it is by far the best RE game in years. Unless you are a fan of the recent braindead run'n'gun entrys like RE6 and dont like a good scare or environment in your shooting, you can't go wrong here. And even if you are a fan of the mindless newer entries, Raid Mode is plenty enough to keep you satisfied, so there is something for everybody.

If you like RESIDENT EVIL... you will love this one. The updated improvements are noticeable. Turn the lights down, and prepare to be scared. For new comers to the series... this is a top quality game of exploration, survival and story. Progress through areas searching, sneeking, fighting, running... or whatever it takes. The controls are unique to the earlier series and works very well as a mechanic of fright and reflex experience within this game. New players can enjoy playing the games out of order... the stories mesh; but you will want to play the entire series if not for the story alone. The game play is enjoyable, offering differential pacing and more. If youve never played an RE game, try it out for atleast 30 minutes... its a long game... and discover the real legacy of what makes these games great. I'm looking forward to the newest installments such as RE 8, which was buildt ground up for the newest consoles. Watching movie clips... cant wait.

I'm really enjoying this so far but the AI is bad though but overall the atmosphere is Creepy and well done and an RE4 vibe too it. The gameplay is fun im also glad this was free i will buy more episodes in the future and definitely worth the download.
