Review title of KhalifNeed to improve

It needs to improve a big way that is need to add, decimals, it has three division, that is three (00), but no after last 00 which it is millisecond, last three 0. And can add feature for barrier that is minimum to maxium barrier which means each spoken is millisecond before actual spoken, and after actual spoken. So, two barrier for after and before spoken, so what is allow or not allow. And can add hotkey for increasing to decreasing. Is subtitleSync enough for first to last subtitle, or it is much better to selective all subtitle and alter it, which it will auto-alter after base on barrier principle. So, there can't be any overlap and can make it so barrier principle is by default which it will add only after, but never before. First subtitle that is .500, next subtitle is .250, because I alter first to .500, but .250 happen first when it is illogical so can make it so all is logical. Keep thinking and improve it. Can add auto part audio or full audio, so when I play, it will sync.

Review title of BrandonWorks OK...So long as you don't need fine detail

The app only syncs to Hours/Minutes/Seconds, but no frames (milliseconds), so you can't get very accurate with it. Please add the decimal place and allow syncing to thousandths of a second X.xxx. When you start out being off by half a second, by the end, it can be pretty significant. So being able to sync to finer granularity than the current H/M/S setup would be perfect.
