Review title of Jasonvery fun but game breaking glitch

after you hit around wave 9 on arcade mode, the game stops spawning new enemies. there is no way to quit the game without completely powering down your mixed reality hub. Please address and fix, thanks

Hi Jason, Thanks for the feedback, and sorry to hear about the glitch! Can you please send me the latest Space Pirate Trainer runtime log file, which you find here: C:\Users\[Windows Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\I-Illusions.SpacePirateTrainer_[string of characters]\TempState\output_log.txt Please substitute [Windows Username] with your actual username, and the [string of characters] will be different on all installations of SPT. The Space Pirate Trainer runtime log file is overwritten every time you play SPT, so try and repeat the issue again and once it's happened, quit the game and send the file to us. Cheers, I-Illusions

Review title of AvielSluggish and gets stuck at some stage

Gave it a run to see if its better than SteamVR - Unfortunately whenever I tried to look behind me the game froze, and also it got stuck at a certain point... Asking for a refund.

Review title of joeyWMR GAMES DO NOT LOAD

Works maybe once... or twice.... Does nothing 90% of the time. Same with all other titles. Its been about 4 months now, no game update, no windows update. Steam works fine. I WANT A REFUND or transfer over to steamVR....because steam vr works loads and starts. Specs: 1080ti / i7 8700k stock clocks, stock voltage 32gb DDR4 Ram pretty much max specs..

Hi there, sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. Please contact us at support@i-illusions.com. It might be necessary to clear the Microsoft Store cache by running the wsreset command. The wsreset command can be run by: Click the Start menu or press the the Windows key Type "wsreset" Select the "wsreset Run command" tile This may take a few minutes to complete and that the Store app will reopen once it finishes. You may have to re-enter your Microsoft account credentials into the Microsoft Store.

Review title of VovaAmazing Game!

The game works very well even with bare minimum requirements, so this game can run with low end devices! Only downside that I found was, there is no tutorial, I picked up the controls fast, but I still have not figured out how to use the shield (ive seen people on youtube use it).

Review title of MikeModern Mixed Reality Game with Old School Vibe

Love this game, one of the first I purchased when I got my mixed reality headset. I was describing this to a friend and I said it reminded me of 3D virtual reality version of Galaga. Graphics and experience are great, game is easy to play but hard to master as each new wave comes. The various weapon/shield capabilities provide lots of options and the controls on mixed reality are top notch. Highly recommend this game. My whole family takes turns playing and everyone gives it a big thumbs up.

Review title of Youngawesome game for the price

I have tried all the VRs from HTC Vive to Samsung Gear, and I have a PS4 VR. Man, this is the best VR game from all the games I have played. Not sure if its because I got the Samsung Odyssey so that my resolution is a lot more clearer than all the other VR headsets, but the game play is almost flawless. Its simply but very entertaining and addictive! And the price is very fair compare to some other garbage games out there.
