Starry Starry Night!

I've actually used this to orient myself to the night sky. The zoom and special object catalogue data is awesome App also shows all the constellations and our path taken through them on our trip around the Sun. For anyone with stars in their eyes!

Doesn't get passed star chart logo

Asus slate running windows 10. The app hangs on the initial splash screen. I've used this app on Android and iOS and it is quite stunning. It's great for finding celestial bodies and other cosmic phenomena. My experience with this app on windows is dismal so far. Despite it not running on my machine, it's a great app on other platforms, so I gave it 2 stars.

The coolest app of all I can't wait until the you guys update it to include images of Pluto and it's moons. Keep up the great work. Please update this version of Star Chart app for Windows 10 with Pluto Surface detail Images please update all features and details on this version... Other than that I love this better than the Steam Version released earlier this month. When are you going to update this beyond the version 3.0.8.0?! Other than that I've always enjoyed running this since 2014!!! Can't wait for the major update for 2017!!!

I've had this for a while now. It's a good educational tool. Good for star parties. The kids can pick out an object in the sky , then we can find out what it is , how far away, and more. It helps explain why the object moves in the telescope. In one view it is demonstrated very well as the object moves across the screen, while the coordinates tick away in real time. Be ready to start tracking with your mouse when you zoom in because it moves out of view pretty quick. The more zoom the faster it moves, just like in a real scope. Get this app. Have fun.

Review title of Tabit Works, but android's (google) is still better

just gives enough info, then it costs $$ to do more. Android gives more and it's free, tried to get the Android to work on Windows, but it does not work smoothly, yet... But I understand that is changing in the future...

I love this app. It will help you find the location of particular stars or galaxies you are looking for. You are able zoom in on galaxies that are in full color. You can see where the constellations are and what stars are in each. It shows where constellations, stars, galaxies, and planets are to your location.

This is a nice program if you want to find the name of stars and constellations, but when you hold it up in front of a star it is difficult to center the star on the screen, it gets in the way.

Just installed this app and purchased a couple of upgrades, they were a few bucks and not too bad. However this this is slow and clunky - I expect a lot better performance for and app and especially from a paid app. There other astronomy apps that are better than this.
