Templa Mobile is the 2nd generation app release of the integrated module that forms part of the TemplaCMS suite of software designed for cleaning and facilities management contractors. Templa Mobile delivers advanced productivity to operations and service staff in the field, assisting them with the management of their client sites, staff, equipment and products. Fully synchronised with the central contract management database, Templa Mobile delivers up to date client, site and contract information, and an array of time saving transactions that eliminate unnecessary paper trails and speed up the processing of day to day activities demanded by the company’s eclectic client base. Using the onboard search tool to locate a client site, the user navigates the site details to gain access to a range of individually secured transactions; these are under continual review for addition and enhancement, and which currently cover the following: Hygiene Services – this manages daily delivery schedules for van routes where delivery notes can be amended and signed for, with photos available for reporting damaged or missing items.
