Great game but could be even better.

Amazing graphics and character customization. Lack luster story that can be improved upon. No matter how you look at it..this game favors those who can invest a large amount of time into it. The learning curve is steep, it really takes awhile to get good at, and the skill gap in PvP shows. Anyone who doesnt like this game probably walked in expecting to play a few days and kill other players easy in the DZ(darkzone, aka massive PvP area). NOPE, this isnt COD where anyone can get a kill. Real time and effort needs to be put in to do well in this game. The end game all about making a build to fit your playstyle. Farm for the items you need to make your build stronger, in turn you do better in PvP & PvE. Partying up with other players is definitely recommended too. If that doesnt sound like your cup of tea, dont buy it. I personally think Massive do a great job taking feedback to improve the player experience overall. In my book its a 9.5/10. The DLC's should have more content for the $

Hyped Up Disapointment

I was expecting this game to be the game it was advertised to be but it falls short of expectations. The city map is awesome, its large and there are plenty of areas to explore. The single player story is ok, its not deep and you'll forget every character thats in it except for the ones at the main base because they will say the same repetitive line when you are near and you will be near a lot. Unfortunatly there is no end game content unless you are a fan of the open area multiplayer areana called the dark zone. There is nothing to do there but collect gear and try to extract it from the area so you can keep what youve collected. The game lacks various game modes. Story missions, Dark Zone, and Incursions are your 3 modes. The game mechanics do NOT feel fluent, your character doesnt move around cover like you expect and gets hung up on objects a lot. And they want you to pay them more money to continue the story via DLC. Lastly it just feels like an incomplete game cut up for profit

Review title of Den HiroshiA Great Model; Bad Presentation

An open world sandbox (child sized) where character building is the name of the game and bullets randomly appear like magic. The arduous farming is amplified by the lackluster bullet sponges that are enemy soldiers and distinguishing between bosses and normal foes. The potential for a graphic masterpiece was there but gets compounded by the overlay copies of garbage lying around the world making the surrounding area feel more like a junk yard then a dystopian city. The saving grace is your team of coop friends which reduces the cumbersome grind you face in storymode. The customization is fully realized but starts to diminish thanks to improper gear balancing. Multiplayer would be amazing if not for poor design choices and horrible servers due to hacking and bugs. A great model with horrible misrepresentation.

With patch 1.8 this game is finally where it should be. I have more than 400 hours and counting and still boot this game up with anticipation. There are so many amazing things about this game but my favorite stuff is the little things. Your gun barrel getting cherry red under heavy firing, trigger discipline, the way your character gets snow covered during storms, and all of the effects the engine can produce. This game has a LOT of life left and if you can get it on sale it's a steal.

Everything's pretty good except for when finding players takes 4EVER but that's not the game's fault. The enemies R kinda hard to kill but who doesn't like a challenge once in awhile. Also if you're mad, don't play this to relax, unless you're good, I'm decent. 😄👍✌

While not as extreme still another example of political correctness and how commercialized gaming has become. Good game but we need great experiences not political statements, give us more meaningful content for campaign, expand storyline, and give us more endgame. Openworld needs to be more populated and provide an atmosphere like dark zone without PvP to allow farming of named elites and supply drops like in dark zone for players who just want to campaign and PvE with just coop or solo or at very least provide a choice for PvE only in dark zone. Lastly fix game period as game can be fun and is full of potenial but is hindered by lack of content, poor decisions, not listening to majority of playerbase, and bugs. Lastly fix and improve named weapons so that they're unique and better then normal weapons and there needs to be more as well as being more accessible, better odds, and a clear cut way to aquiring them for example like dropping from specific bosses.

I absolutely love this game. At first I liked it, but now after investing more time in it, I have come to love it. The open world is NYC, and its a pretty good and accurate too. The graphics are absolutely stunning . The story is good too. Seriously dont listen to the negative reviews from people below. I can tell that without a doubt in my mind that the people who gave or will give this game a bad review are adhd 12 year olds with no patience. Call of duty people. The other guy that mentioned that this game has a steep learning curve is correct but if you put some time in then you will really be rewarded. The game has so many guns,mods,charactor customizations etc. I find theres alot of replayability

Before all the wildlands fanboys start hating, let me just say that I was an early adopter of wildlands, please go play Just Cause and then tell me its still good. Now then, this game is an absolute masterpiece when it comes to graphics and presentation. Definitely a bit repetitive at times and needs more content to progress the story itself, which is my only gripe. Maybe they could make use of all the dead bodies and have a zombie horde mode in central park lol, very unlikely but just an idea. You can really tell that the developers want to keep the feeling of an outbreak and martial law alive, which it does very well. While the story itself is kinda meh, the combat and pvp is where it truly shines. Highly recommend grabbing the gold version of this on sale somewhere, for the season pass. Get bored grinding, try seeing how long you last in the dz solo, which can be quite intense and rage inducing. Can't wait to see what year 2 brings for this game. *crosses fingers for zombies* 😆

it's honestly one of my favorite games, what people forget is that its a tom Clancy game which means it's all about tactics and not rambo rush in and everythings dead like destiny, yes the enemys can sponge alot of damage but that's what makes it challenging and fun, it's also one of those games where having a few friends to play with makes it better, and for all the haters go back to cod or minecraft you downy's.

I love this game and it's fun to play, but even after being out or as long as it has and after updates and expansions, it's still has quite a few kinks to iron out. I still reccommend this for anyone curious. when its not bugging out, its a great game to play. it gets frustrating with the bugs.
