This app is a fraud. Looks like Ghistler's real Total Commander but actually is someone's programming exercise. Keep away. Should be removed

Review title of BobCaveat Emptor

This is not the open-source Total File Commander That's popular in Linux and Android, adapted to Windows 10 UWP. It's a cheap knock-off. It's really flaky and uses really aggressive ads that takes up the whole screen immediately and must be closed before the actual file manager opens. When I went to uninstall just now I realized this was made by the same developer who made a file archiving & decompression tool that had the same cumbersome adverts and a suspicious background service that tried to get my Microsoft account's/ password to open a RAR archive. I don't know if this app does anything like that. I don't intend to keep it installed long enough to find out. Just long enough to post this review
