New functionality will provide a fuller MyAccount experience on mobile, including detailed bill breakdown and bill history, mobile payment facility, registration process and management settings for your Services such as WorkSafe and Email. Combined with additional push notification functionality you will be able to manage your account on the move. For the first phase, the TalkTalk Business MyAccount app compliments the MyAccount online portal. Accessing the app with your existing MyAccount login details, it gives you access to key information from your TalkTalk Business account, such as your latest bill summary, bill status and the list of services that you are currently subscribed to. The app also provides you with service status alerts. These service alerts will inform you of any current issues affecting the services you are subscribed to, including a description of the issue, what services are affected and the estimated resolution date. You can also receive push notifications when new service alerts are raised that affect your services.
