Having read many books on CBT, Life Coaching, Mindfulness and Depression I have come to the conclusion that a general way to increase your own happiness is to live with, and accept, uncertainty, and to keep active daily.Unfortunately, when you are feeling down and depressed, this is the last thing you are capable of doing.This application allows you to specify a list of small manageable activities that you are prepared to do daily. Every day it will then randomly choose one of these tasks for you and its then up to you whether or not you do it.You can then record which activities you do and it will keep a list showing what you did and when.
