Review title of MilesMicrosoft is unresponsive to fixing issues in this beta

According to Microsoft Support Forum and Feedback Hub, a lot of people have been experiencing error code 0x8007001F when getting to 100% on an install. I'm in the same boat and have wasted a ton of time trying every solution. It comes down to Microsoft support culture being far removed from the engineers who seem either blind to the fact that their software doesn't work for the majority of people or are working on other things and not on fixing the issues with this. My first experience with Microsoft support back in 1994 is vastly different from support now. It seems everyone can be a support agent, because most of the time the answers I see on the support forum are shots in the dark and sometimes even dangerous. If I was going to put out a new software product, I would be sure that my support team was communicating with my engineering team on the issues. I mean Feedback Hub tracks the issues, so it should be in their face. And the 2 star average review should create some action.

Its a ****** slow electron app. Stop using electron. I know electron allows you to have interns write the app for you for free, but its a terrible user experience.

Review title of NoahCan't fully remove game files + smart card log in?

I have uninstalled some games via the xbox beta app but my SSD never gains more memory from an uninstallation, so I'm stuck with game files on my drive without any discoverable file destination to go manually remove it because of how they have it set up. Additionally, every time I boot or open the xbox beta app, it asks me precisely four times to log in with a smart card and smart card reader (I use a military id on this laptop so it has the smart card drivers installed)

Worked fine and was good enough for a beta. Than stopped working about 3-4 weeks ago. Uninstalled it and now if I even try to reinstall it, windows store crashes. The tech team is garbage to worthless at Microsoft these days.

Review title of DarrinDoesn't work.

This app doesn't work on either of my Windows 10 PCs (both 1903 builds). Please fix this app Microsoft! I purchased Xbox Game Pass Ultimate so I could also play games on my Windows PCs with it and I can't login to play the games. Keeps looping asking me to sign-in. Review title of EliezerReally good start, but currently lots of bugs

A lot of bugs need to be ironed out (voice chat needs more work to be activated, games sometimes do not start (recore and gears 5 sometimes), and encounters errors that need to restart the app). It's a really great idea, and I actually love the apps implementation of gaming, including the game bar, but it needs to have lots of fixes before it can be out of a beta.
