yMIDI beta is a public beta of the next release of yMIDI. This version includes a new control surface that emulates the MCU Pro as well as many bug fixes and performance improvements. yMIDI is a general purpose MIDI controller for controlling MIDI enabled software or hardware that supports the RTP MIDI protocol and local MIDI ports. yMIDI communicates with compatible devices over wireless or ethernet. yMIDI works out of the box with computers running OSX and PC computers running rtpMIDI.
What's new in this version
This is a beta version of yMIDI and will stop working on 7/1/2015. Based on user feedback, updates to this beta version will be released until testing is over. Purchasers of yMIDI will get a free upgrade when the new version yMIDI is released. 4/19/2015 Added feature to mute X or Y axis of XY control to aid in MIDI learn Enumeration of local ports are now in correct order. Saves last used local ports. Control Surface now works with local ports. 5/21/2015 Extended beta to 7/1/2015 A future release will have an additional page for customizing midi controls.
