We take a user-centered design approach to designing the Microsoft Flow experience. This means we incorporate user feedback throughout the development cycle. Our research includes one-on-one phone interviews, surveys, and direct observation of user interaction with new features, remotely and in-person at our User Research Labs in Redmond.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, we are asking users to complete a survey about the Flow usage, satisfaction and areas of improvement. We are also looking for users to contact for phone interviews and usability studies to test out some new features and functional.<\/p>\n<p>If you are you interested in giving feedback about your
