Sharing model-driven apps just got a whole lot easier!\u00a0This was previously a very cumbersome process requiring several steps across various areas of the product. We’ve now streamlined this into a single sharing panel so you can share your amazing apps with ease.<\/p>\n

Share a model-driven app<\/h2>\n

Sharing a model-driven app involves two primary steps. First, associate a one or more security role(s) with the app then assign the security role(s) to users.<\/p>\n

This feature is currently rolling out and may not be available immediately in certain regions.<\/em><\/p>\n

  1. Visit\u00a0https:\/\/make.powerapps.com<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Select a model-driven app and click\u00a0Share<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the app then choose a security role from the list.<\/li>\n
  4. Search for a user.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select the user then select a role from the list.<\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0<\/span>Share<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
