I am a lead developer on the Tools for Software Engineers team focusing creating solutions for understanding software engineering organizations and improving engineering processes at Microsoft. My team works on engineering data analytics platform CodeMine and code review experiences and tools.

My interests revolve around data-driven decision making on software projects, engineering process measurement and process improvement, software testing and quality assurance.

The Tools for Software Engineers (TSE) team mission is "Enabling Microsoft to accelerate software development". TSE contributes to and innovates on major parts of Microsoft's engineering system.
