Excel DataScope Overview
In this video, Roger Barga, architect in the eXtreme Computing Group at Microsoft Research, provides an overview of the features of Excel DataScope, a tool that enables researchers and data analysts to seamlessly access the resources of the cloud, via Windows Azure, from the familiar interface of Microsoft Excel. By using Excel DataScope, you can download and use extremely large data collections; extract insight by using machine learning and data analytics libraries; and take action exploring the data, sharing the data, and publishing the data to the cloud.
