Project Fabulous: Turning Grumbling into Energy

In addition to providing an update on the “culture change” work described in June’s Holistic System of Systems talk, and describing the theoretical basis for an approach to inducing cultural change, this talk will serve as a dry run for an upcoming SteveB presentation on “Project Fabulous”, an approach to reinforce and accelerate the cultural transformation of Microsoft.
