Learn how to apply for Azure for Research Data Science awards<\/a>Opens in a new tab<\/span><\/p>\n","tab-content":[{"id":0,"name":"","content":"New York University's Center for Urban Science and Progress (CUSP<\/a>) in conjunction with Microsoft Research and Northeast Big Data hub is offering a free hands-on workshop on Microsoft Azure at CUSP in Brooklyn, NY, on Tuesday, Apr 11, 2017.\r\n\r\nThe workshop will familiarize researchers and data scientists with big data storage, machine learning and advanced analytics, cognitive intelligence, container and batch services. Instruction is hands-on; participants will spend most of the day working on proctored labs. Each attendee will receive an Azure Pass with a $500 Azure credit that can be used up to one month after the workshop.\r\n
