Microsoft Research was a platinum sponsor of Applied Machine Learning Days at EPFL (opens in new tab)<\/span><\/a> (AMLD EPFL 2022), a global platform for AI and Machine Learning that took place from March 26 \u2013 30, 2022 at the Swiss Tech Convention Centre, Lausanne, Switzerland. This was our first fully in-person post-Covid event with over 1700 attendants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Max Welling<\/a>, Distinguished Scientist at Microsoft Research and research chair in Machine Learning at the University of Amsterdam and Marc Pollefeys<\/a>, Director of the Mixed Reality and AI Zurich Lab<\/a> delivered keynote talks. Moreover, we organised the Annual Swiss Joint Research Center Workshop<\/a> and a panel session with EPFL, ETH Zurich and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) as conference tracks.
