Group Introduction:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The System Intelligence Group at Microsoft Research Asia is dedicated to the research and development of large language models (LLMs), and driving the innovation of AI technologies. The research areas of the System Intelligence Group include large model algorithms and architectures, enhancing model reasoning capabilities, and model optimization and self-improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Participate in the research and development of LLM algorithms, including areas such as LLM reasoning, optimized training methods, synthetic data, and LLM self-improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Design and implement models to solve real-world problems and improve performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Conduct data analysis, model optimization, and deployment to enhance application effectiveness and stability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Collaborate with researchers to publish papers in top AI conferences and journals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Experience with deep learning projects and a quick learning ability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Preference for candidates who have published papers in top AI conferences or journals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Proficiency in writing professional papers in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Written consent from your academic advisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Internship Duration Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Must obtain permission from your academic advisor and commit to at least three months of full-time internship. Preference will be given to those who can intern for six months or longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
