The Accelerator TEAM of Microsoft Research Asia serves as a bridge between Microsoft Research Asia and universities and research institutions in China, committed to promoting innovation and development in the field of computer science in Asia. Since its inception, the department has collaborated extensively with academic institutions across Asia and launched a series of talent programs to support talent cultivation in computer science. The department’s projects include collaborative research with universities, joint laboratories, Microsoft Education Summits, visiting scholar programs, internship programs, Microsoft Scholar Awards, Microsoft Innovative Talent Academy, lectures, and courses. Since 1998, the department has sponsored over 600 activities, attracting more than 300,000 participants from over 10 countries and has established partnerships with nearly 100 universities and research institutions. Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Talent Program Project Management Intern, you will become an integral part of the Academic Collaboration Department at Microsoft Research Asia, working closely with project managers to promote and manage a series of talent programs, including the \u201cTomorrow Stars\u201d Internship Program, Joint PhD Training Program, Microsoft Innovative Talent Academy, Ada Workshop, StarBridge Program, and StarLeap Program.   1. Assist project managers in the strategic planning and implementation of various talent programs at Microsoft Research Asia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Help project managers plan, promote, and organize high-quality training sessions and events related to talent programs, including planning, promotion, organization, and execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Analyze and organize project-related data, producing high-quality reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Collect, organize, archive, and manage project-related documents, ensuring their security and completeness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Assist project managers with other project-related tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Strong self-motivation, love for challenges and innovation, hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, and result-oriented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Some experience in project management or event organization, with effective coordination and communication skills, and adaptability to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Strong writing skills and data processing abilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is required; experience with design software is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Senior undergraduate, graduate, or PhD students; majors in computer science, management, or related fields are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Excellent English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Must obtain written approval from your supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Internship Duration Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
