McGrath presented a typology of functions and modes of group behavior, accompanied by a fairly intricate theory. Jung, who introduced typologies into psychology, noted that a typology is not right or wrong, it is either useful or not. I didn\u2019t see how to use McGrath\u2019s typology.<\/p>\n
