I wasn\u2019t impressed. Introducing an acronym in the title? McGrath presented a typology of functions and modes of group behavior, accompanied by a fairly intricate theory. Jung, who introduced typologies into psychology, noted that a typology is not right or wrong, it is either useful or not.
