The gas bubble is immersed on a magnetic \ufb02uid and subjected to an harmonic pressure<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 yd ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 wsb\">excitation and an applied magnetic \ufb01eld. The classical Rayleigh-Plesset equation is modi\ufb01ed and a magnetic version is<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 ye ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 wsc\">proposed in order to model the radial motion of the bubble. Being a very non-linear system, the correct identi\ufb01cation of<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 yf ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 wsd\">the vibrational patterns is not possible using linear system tools. In this case, fuzzy logic and neural networks are a good<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y10 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 wse\">solution for the correct pattern identi\ufb01cation. The magnetic version of Rayleigh-Plesset equation is a second order non<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y11 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 wsf\">linear ordinary differential equation and it is solved through a \ufb01fth order Runge-Kutta scheme with adaptive time step.<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y12 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 ws10\">Four different vibrational patterns are identi\ufb01ed and proposed regarding its frequency response and Lyapunov exponets.<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y13 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 ws11\">Based on the Lyapunov exponents it is possible to analyze its non-chaotic behavior. Those Lyapunov exponents are used<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y14 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 ws12\">in a backpropagation neural network to correctly identify the bubble vibration modes what could lead to the identi\ufb01cation<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y15 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 ws13\">of the \ufb02ow physical parameters in practical applications. In order to compare the performance, another neural network<\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h7 y16 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 ws14\">is trainned with the amplitude and frequency information of the bubble motion from <span class=\"ff5 ls0\">\u03c9<\/span><span class=\"ff6 ws15\">= 0 <\/span><span class=\"ws16\">to <span class=\"ff5 ls0\">\u03c9<\/span><span class=\"ff6 ws17\">= 10<\/span><span class=\"ws18\">, based on its Fast<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"t m0 x3 h6 y17 ff4 fs1 fc0 sc0 ls1 ws19\">Fourier Transform.
