This talk will review recent work in our group on (a) benchmarking existing algorithms, (b) developing a theoretical understanding of their behavior, (c) explaining anomaly &#8220;alarms&#8221; to a data analyst, and (d) interactively re-ranking candidate anomalies in response to analyst feedback.
