To start enjoying Microsoft Rewards, you just need a Microsoft account. It connects you to all things Microsoft with one simple logon. Sign up now by going to Microsoft Rewards. Select Sign up for free and follow the steps to create a Microsoft account.

If you already have a Microsoft account, great! (Not sure? You likely have a Microsoft account if you’ve ever played on Xbox, made a Skype call, or have a Hotmail or Outlook email account.) Microsoft Rewards doesn’t ask for a commitment or fees. It's included in your Microsoft account. Make sure you’re logged in, head to the Rewards page, and start exploring.

As your points rack up, so do your opportunities to get great rewards. We make it simple to track progress toward anything you’ve got your eye on, including gift cards, sweepstakes, and donations to charity.

If you were previously a Bing Rewards member, carry on! Your account transitioned automatically to Microsoft Rewards. Check out the new experience on the rewards dashboard. Have fun!

There are a few reasons why your streak was reset:

  • Daily sets were not completed on time

  • Used a VPN or a device with a different time zone, as streaks are based on your device's time zone. Using a different time setting may cause the system to not recognize your streak.

  • You are logged in to a different account. Once completed, the daily set will display a green checkmark.

Ensure you are checking that you are providing the correct code or redemption link. If you continue to experience the problem go to cannot redeem a code.

Note: For a non-Microsoft branded gift card, contact Microsoft Rewards Customer Support.

We ask for your phone number when you join and, occasionally, when you redeem points for a reward. You'll need a mobile phone or landline number. For help, read Troubleshooting verification code issues
