Great app. Helped me quit some addictions. Every time I felt like doing lines, I'd just do the Superset. Now I'm getting stronger, been clean for months. Now addicted to random workouts.

I've grown muscles in my legs from doing squats! One thing I might add is to in "HOW TO" part I wish it would tell me what I should begin feeling. I don't know if I'm doing something right or completely wrong. The main question I'm asking is if my muscles are supposed to have a burning feeling. There should also be a way to put a pause on the daily training for when you get sick. I've been doing the workouts to the best of my ability (I think) and now that I've gotten sick I'm going to have to start over.

Nice app I totally recommended for basic exercises at home, you can listen to music which is better, the series aren't exhausted as we think. 5 stars

This is a fantastic free app for a simple at-home workout routine. Keeps me on track and easy to use. I highly recommend it. I only wish it had a paid (non-ad-supported) version available.

I agree with some of the previous reviews saying it's a little too easy at the beginning, but it is a well-done app.
