Still useless

Still broke!! I keep lowering my rating, because there still seems to be no effort to make this work. My numbers are two weeks out of date. It is stuck on the last day of my period, which was two weeks ago. What a waste. The equivalent app om my Windows Phone, Myatt, works fine BTW. Maybe they should let whoever did that work on this. Got an update- no change to the ability to actually display current information. A simple addition of a refresh button might be welcome. If you bothered to update the Live Tile, why not fix the app? Uninstall/reinstall refreshes data usage and notifications. I suppose the lack of current data is covered in the disclaimer. Original -Information displayed was two months out of date, with no refresh option available in the interface. Actually had to un-install and re-install to get it to update. That's unacceptable for an AT&T app to manage an AT&T account. Update: stuck again. Guess it requires an uninstall and reinstall to update. Not very user friendly :(

Useless app

How about something useful, like being able to view Uverse on Windows 10? Or an app that does more than just link to a web site. Seriously - this is garbage and damages your brand.

Inconsistent service

The app is great when it actually works but it only works like once a month, funny enough right around billing time.

Another Useless Windows App

All the app does is link to the AT&T website. A book mark in my web browser does the same thing. With so people using the surface, it seems developers just aren't putting in any effort to build apps for it.

AT&T AllAccess on Windows ATIV SmartPC

This app is the WORST!!!!!! Impossible to receive notifications to device which makes retrieving changed passwords for regaining access to online account.......impossible. May switch to Verizon!

The app doesn't prompt to enter an unlock code ...

It should prompt for the code when a non-AT&T SIM is installed.

App just directs you to browser access to the customer portal. Hmmm... att.com just isn't difficult to remember. Deleting and using browser... it's a few steps quicker to my into. App a waste of time and computer data space.
