Really useful for preparing other members of the team going in to support an account manager and their client.

Aggregated view of activity!

Very easy way for me to get a view of all my customer's activity in one aggregated view. I can see case history, account notes, license changes, etc... from one view. Quick way for me to access data as opposed to several clicks in Dynamics. Recommended...
