Hands down the best Wiki app on Windows 10
My go to app from searching and reading articles on Wikipedia since Windows 8.x. It remains my favorite on Windows 10More
Font size scalable
Very good for small tablet reading, thanks to the scalable fonts. ADs free gives more reading area, too. Thank you!More
I like it. It's easy to use and even the reading view is just nice... Really, BING Best Is Not Google!More
Very good but with fatal flaw
My intent for using this app was to build a library of articles that I could easily manage and expand across my windows devices within one app. The app is very fast and clean but unfortunately has one major drawback: it can only save a very limited number of favorites, 11 on my tablet. I was excitedly creating my list when noticed that my earlier favorites were rolling off my list as I added new ones with no functionality to scroll down..?? I'm hopeful this shortcoming will be addressed. Until then, I'll manage my watchlist on the official Wikipedia website and use this app casually.More
Faster to load than official Wikipedia app
I like the official Wikipedia app, but a lot of times on my Surface RT it takes a while to load the landing page, during which I can't even start typing in a search term. This Bing app is MUCH faster and has more features. Easier to view images too and has some other niceties like quickly being able to access the "table of contents" for each article. Hence, I am now using this than the official app despite my propensity to use 1st party apps only. Good job Microsoft Bing folks.More
Overall a great app
Would give it 5 stars if it could look up highlighted words in a dictionary. Otherwise its a great app.More
Simple and easy to use. much better than the official Wikipedia app. Suggestions: -make a better launch/main page; use parts from the Featured, Contents, and Favorites sections to create a dynamic and interesting panorama start page. -Add different color themes for viewing. ex: sepia, white on black, teal. -Replace the default Wikipedia app with this for the Windows 8.1 built-in Bing search.More
I choose Wikipedia when ever I need facts
Wikipedia has never let me down when it comes to getting the info I am looking for without a run around w/ links & try this commands ... I like it and use it often when searching .....More
I like it but it needs more space for the search history and favorites. It only saves 11 of the search history and have 11 favorites, what if you want more? Then what'll do? I kept adding pages but didn't know it keeps only 11, frustrating isn't it? Only save 11? How about all! This will have to do, for now.More
Great app, Simple and no clutter
Nice setting to adjust Font on smaller devices in Settings, really good Wikipedia app thanks Microsoft. Issues? content could load up a bit quicker when searched, also add Light+dark reading modeMore
