Needs some additional views

This app works well at showing me the files and folders associated with the various projects in which I'm assigned. Unfortunately those folders/files are presented in a File Explorer "Tile" view which means any file name that's longer than 15-16 characters (IOW, all of them) show up as ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP...docx There's no way to change to a list view or details view to see the full file name. There's also no hover and see the file name is a tool tip. If additional views are offered this tool will be very useful. The workaround is to use a web browser or sync the files locally. The former works well but I don't have the SSD space for the latter.

Very Useful

Gives me a way to share important files on my site. Easy to use and pretty reliable.

Good until it lasted

For a week now, the application won't work. Right after opening, the application crashes. However, it stays on the taskbar as an open program. It has been a week since I reported it. I would not recommend this application and neither the competition, Dropbox, because both are useless now--same level.

Really guys...?

App was working great until the last update. Now the app won't even open. Really needing a quick fix! Guess I'll go back to my Android version of Box.

In my top 10 for Windows RT

UPDATE: THEY BROKE IT WITH THE LAST UPDATE WHICH ADDED THE "for Windows 8" at the end of the name. APP WILL NO LONGER OPEN ON Windows RT - it crashes in under 5 seconds after opening. This app has to be one of the best working apps for Windows RT, and I could probably put it in the top 5 if we exclude Microsoft made apps. Only two glitches I have found: 1. File name truncation, as mentioned here by many other people 2. If you put the device to sleep while a file is open, it will not sync back to box, always gives an error. I think this might have something to due with RAM access and the way Windows RT resumes from sleep. Other than that, wonderful app!! And thank you Box for supporting Windows apps!!

Simple & Very Useful!

This app saved my picture collection that I uploaded to it to test. Then my laptop died unexpectedly! I found out how important back up is in real life. (you'd think I knew, I have been computing since the early '90's) 10 GB is a lot for free!

Must have for the Box user, but has limitations

This app smartly displays box files, and even allows regular saving directly to the box cloud drives without any permanent storage to the computer, which can be quite helpful for ARM based Windows devices that cannot install Box Edit. Unfortunately the application does not monitor flawlessly over long sessions and will often provide a message that the transfer failed (May be related to architecture and operating system limitations). This can be easily remedied by manual transfers, which may be somewhat inconvenient. Also contains some of the intrinsic limited understandings Box has of common file types such as *.xlsm files (macro-enabled Excel Workbooks).

Tedious, unhelpful

The app isn't good for much and everything that it does manage to do can be done easier and faster via the website.

No Box Sync for RT?

I thought Box Sync 4 was available on all platforms... evidently RT isn't one of them. This is a beautiful app, and a great service, but without offline support, I am stuck with SkyDrive. Also, what about Office 2013/365 Back Stage (File | Open/Save interface)? ShareFile has this, and you can find scripts to do this with DropBox and G-Drive... Build in this integration and saving to Box becomes automatic, like SkyDrive is trying to do.

Nice

Not bad, very clean and very nice. The only problem I have is that I can't save the files for offline access straight from the app, which is really annoying.
