Great app with some minor bugs. Lots of great options for downloading and limiting wasted phone storage. Would like to see the addition of the ability to see each episodes description though. Overall well designed with a few minor bugs and gripes. I'm sure updates will keep making this app better and better.😁More
This actually is the best podcasting app! Intuitive UI, easy to subscribe, many settings, etc. Download this now!More
The most important thing for me in a podcast app is a queue or playlist that plays one episode after another with no interaction from me. When I am biking, driving, or working out, I do not want to have to stop to start the next podcast. I assumed Carboncast would do this since it has a playlist. However, the playlist doesn’t play the list. It finishes one podcast and stops. You must exit the now playing and go to the “playlist” and tap another episode. Instead of calling it a playlist a better name would be downloaded episodes. It also doesn’t delete the episode after listening even though I have the settings set to do so. If the author could give us a user playlist such as Windows Media player has, this could be a great app. I also can’t quite figure out what the box with the two arrows does. It along with the play button disappears regularly and the only way to get it back is to exit the app. When it is there, if you hit it, it plays a different episode, but seems random as to which episode it picks.More
Great podcast player. Would be better if it would only show unplayed podcasts instead of all podcasts including ones that have not been downloaded. Still one of the nicer apps. Thanks for the hard work creating this.More
So far this looks good but I would like a way to sort the playlist, especially by order of date.More
Very unintuitive. After hitting play, there's no way to pause without using the volume button. Among other issues.More
Seems to work consistently. One big drawback; it doesn't stream live, it only does download-and-playback.More
It doesn"t remember where you left off in a podcast. It has no seek button to pinpoint to a specific location in the podcast.More
It does the job. But is prone to crashingMore
