Please add

Add the repair plan dates to the signature pdf that is created when signing in as most shops will be using this for authorization forms. Want to be able to email estimate, pdf, and images from the workfile like you can in ccc one. Allow check in without needing the vin just name. Allow complete repair plan without going into ro.

Decent app that keeps improving

My biggest annoyance is that the screenshots in the store don't match the app. Sorting by column in the production screen would be a huge help and appears to be a function available at least in-house with CCC according to the screenshots but it is not in the published app. Otherwise, the app is decent. Good foundation that keeps improving.

Great app, needs an update

I like that it labels my initial photos for me, but I would like it to prompt for a label after taking damage photos. It would be nice to make estimate notes, rather than line notes only. Feels clunky when you have to go back to your CPU to add notes and lock. With the new windows 10 update on the tablet software the camera only says "initializing" when trying to take the vin photo. My app now will lock up during photos as well with the windows update. This has made my job a lot easier over all. I feel my issues are likely more with windows 10 than C1.

The app works pretty well and I love using it for my discovery process. Helps a lot with tow-ins as well! Would love to be able to add notes to the file aside from on the estimate line.

Our thoughts on CCC ONE Touch

We've been using the tablet & app for around 4 months and have been happy with the ease of use and find they have helped us be more efficient overall. Our biggest complaint is the locking up of the app while we are in the middle of writing an estimate or taking pictures. When this happens we loose all our information placed in the estimate, because we have to restart the tablet, which is extremely frustrating. We've spoken with CCC support and were advised to reinstall the app. Since the reinstall the incidents of locking up are less but still occur. We've been pleased with recent updates to the platform. We are especially relieved when we have any app or internet issues to know that we won't loose our work.

Windows 10

Vin scan doesn't work

Doesn't work as advertised. Vin scan doesn't work been waiting months and you still haven't fixed it. Not acceptable we purchase what you recommended and now you can't make the vin scanner work

Version notes

In this release: CCC ONE Repair Workflow users can select which customer contact is displayed as the signee when using the signature feature in Touch. Choose from a list of Vehicle Owner, Vehicle Driver, or Other contact on the signature template.
