Not Improving!

8/18/2015: App doesn't remember my credentials anymore - keeps asking for ID and password every time I launch. The Help function has been collecting log information to send a problem report for 10 minutes now, still spinning. I don't expect it to come back with an address to send the report, either. 10/10/2014: Good, not great. Seems to lose track of upcoming meeting notices sometimes. The app tried to create and send a problem report via email, but doesn't supply an email address anywhere, not on the message, help screens or website support link!

Current version is not working properly. Not able to sign in. Not able to send error logs. Please resolve it sooner.

I was able to create a meeting, invite others via email, make someone a presenter and view their slides. Great! However, I couldn't get audio to work. So I dialed into the conference with the regular phone app and was unable to view the webex while the phone was in use. It would put the call on hold when switching to the webex app! Hope this gets fixed....

Since the latest update the app is rarely seamless. Now when I click on a meeting link in my calendar the app attempts to start but says it is not able to connect to the service. This happens on LTE and WiFi connections. I also often need to re-enter my logon credentials. The only way to join a meet is to directly into the app and choose which meeting to join...

Keeps asking to "Update to the latest version". If you select update, it just takes you back to the store. App is worthless in its current state. Update 2/2015: App was updated some time ago, but haven't gotten around to reviewing again. App is now functional and works great for viewing meetings on the go. I don't think you can join EVERY webex meeting (I've had some times where it said the meeting wasn't supported on my device) but when you can join, then it is great. Couple things for updates that would make this 5*...1) allow for a way to save my password for corporate account. It wont let me use SSO I think due to corp security so I have to use email address (which is saved) but still need to dig up my password and type it in. 2)extend support to all webex invites. Maybe its just me, but some invites said were not supported in the device.

Awesome app. Great work Cisco you have proved that Windows phone is never the less compared to Android and IOS. Shame on Microsoft you have released updated versions of office to IOS and android without releasing to Windows 8. Microsoft you should learn to save your own A** first before saving others A**

This application used to work, but the current version will not ever connect to the WebEx service. Instead, it will always give this message: "We cannot connect to the WebEx service. Try again later." It used to work great, and the Android and iOS versions connect to those same meetings without any problem. (Using a Lumia 635)

Can't use it. Keep getting error saying I must upgrade the app to continue using it. When I click upgrade, I can't because I already have the software... Tried reinstalling, but did not help.

App says I have to update to use it, but I already have the latest version. Makes it kinda useless.

Even though I have the latest version on my Windows 8.1 phone, the app insists on the update, the other option is to quit. Of course when I'm trying to update I can't because I already have the latest version. Fix it please! Otherwise, the app is good, when it works.
