Oh the deceit!

As one reviewer gently explained, it would be best if you explain what is needed to play videos in the description !!! It's not even playing a preview! Shameless, shame on Cyberlink for attempting to sell their paid app through this medium m because that is all this app is, a glorified ad for the paid app. Not paying for paid access when I can get it for free by simply using a different format and generic apps that are already installed. Get a clue!!

CyberLink is Garbage

The only way to get the full working version is to purchase the upgraded version as the free one doesn't play anything. I never had a problem with CyberLink Media Player until the forced Windows 10 upgrade.

Cheap shot (have to pay for full version to play video)

So the free version of a great media player will not play video. Must be real greedy to pull this stunt cyberlink.

Used to have it

It came with my Toshiba laptop. I updated it (because it said it needed updating) and now it says it can't open and is only compatible with Toshiba Laptops. Umm. This update sucks, please restore last version as the player worked fine. I now I have to find another way to watch DVD's for my classes. Thanks.
