Doesn't feel like an app, but sufficient enough

I got this app a few months ago, hoping for an Edmodo client. Instead, this feels like a shortcut to the Edmodo website; if I wanted that, I would have just pinned the site to my Start menu. It's sufficient for me to do my daily Edmodo tasks, but it really doesn't feel like an app. With the Windows 10 universal app system out, I hope this Edmodo app gets rewritten so it truly feels like an app, not a website shortcut. Please, make this app what it should be: an app!

Works Perfectly.

Works just as great as the website version, very helpful. Thanks :)

Really?

I got this app because I wanted to check Edmodo quickly, not reenter my information every time, and have to remove my account and then re-add it again because of a bug. Disappointed.

log in

Would be nice if it auto logged in because it take forever for this app to log into edmodo. It's faster on the web version to log in.

Haha, no.

My school uses Edmodo for literally everything, an in terms of convenience, having this app (sometimes) give me notifications is great. But that's pretty much the only "great" thing going for it. Essentially being the website in an "app", any thought of snapping to the side to multitask is just thrown out the window. The menu buttons from swiping up/downwards even collapse on top of each other if you attempt to do so. Talk about a Windows 8 optimized app. The planner feature is extremely buggy - I end up having to open then close it before it pops up. But the even more frustrating thing about this is that the app requires me to enter my login information twice, once to get into the app, and then again (in the web format) to get into Edmodo, every time I try to use the app. Perhaps the above issues could be looked into to create an app that's actually worth using, but right now, don't bother. Create a shortcut for Edmodo on your desktop and you'll probably be a lot better off.

Very helpful.

Even though it's a web wrapper, it's easy to get to. You don't have to worry about having to pin it to start, or to go search it in IE. It's just there, on your start screen. It's great.

Not an app- It is a web wrapper

It may-may not be Official.. It is however JUST a web wrapper not an app. Was NOT 'built specifically for Windows 8.1'. Totally misleading. Build an app not a wrapper. Pin edmodo website to Start using IE11 for the same experience. If you rate this 5 Stars you are unhelpable ;P
