Lacking functionality

No callerID for dial in users. You can't even tell if anyone is dialed in unless you count the arrival tones from the beginning. No 'signal strength' to validate if drop out is because of your connection or other participants. No way to identify who is causing echo, major issue on go to. No volume auto leveling - there is always one person too loud and one too quiet.

Doesn't show my screen.

I liked the old "share screen" app better. Is there a way to get that functionality back?

Sharing meeting info has taken a turn for the worse

I would like to be able to share the same information about the meeting as when I create the meeting from the web page. Copy and paste would be a fine sharing addition.

The new format is a pain- I still am not sure how to start a web conference--- this used to be SO EASY and I don't have time in my life to sit through an hour-long webinar about how to host a web meting now. I am all about technology and change, but a more intuitive change would have made sense for me. I have to find a new platform.

Windows 10 has been a complete pain. I had to remove all programs and reinstall one by one......GoToMeeting now only loads an APP??? The new UI is less friendly than the previous. Where did my great tool go?????

i want Chrome not windows!

This used to be easy now it is a pain in the butt and i am late for a meeting! I have lost 15 minutes trying to get in to my own meeting and may have lost my client who was waiting for me. Why did you ruin a good program. it seems like the same thing happened when MS took over Skype
