Once you sign in, the app works well enough. I can even purchase on the spot. BUT IT WILL NOT KEEP ME SIGNED IN EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A BUTTON SPECIFICALLY FOR THAT PURPOSE. Needles to say, it is very frustrating. Fix that and I will give it five stars.

Limited functionality compared to the web version, which makes it have limited usefulness. Get a map function that works, an ability to sort (not just filter), and more filters than the few available here and it will start to be useful. Love hotels.com and use it religiously but this app is only about 30% of where it should be.

Every time I attempt to open an existing reservation this app crashes. This makes it quite useless. Haven't tried making reservations, though, and other things seem to work (but they're not well made). So: 2 stars.

Realm smooth lightweight app. Searches, books, simple. Really nice design as well.

Had I the possibility to add my bookings into my calendar from the Hotels.com app itself, I would have given 5 stars.
