Can't select month and date

There is nothing in the dropdown menu of month and date! How will one book a ticket without being able to select the date!

User Friendly

Very good app. Provides passenger friendly version. Payment is easy. Enable to store Passenger info. Need not to provide details every time. shows notification on Start menu even app is closed. Works perfectly even in Moderate upward and downstream conditions. Very useful app and contribute us convincing service, Thanks to IRCTC and web store.

Simply love this app!!!

This app has got everything. Very beautifully designed.. And everything works very well. Its is also fast. Sometimes, faster than the website..! Keep up the good work !

The Best UI Ever!!!!!

Soon after I logged in to my IRCTC account, I was greeted by a very tidy and clean UI. Very much impressed. :)

how to get tpin and areas to be improved

for other users: irctc is having problems in showing tpin in new website, but it can be seen on old site,for that you need to go on booked history(Old), you'll get it areas of improvement: -pnr status: there is no option to get pnr status, when I click on pnr status, it takes me to a section which has options of selecting months, and in that I cant find anything -booked history: am unable to see my booked history at all -plan my trip: if it had an option to specify class(eg AC, SL..) it would have been much easier to see trains, as I am again and asked to choose class, even though I have a class in my mind. plan my trip can have a tab of class which may show various classes available and one more option "no preference" for those who want to choose it manually each time for each train. -seat availability: once class is defined, we can easily move to seat availability, which is the of utmost importance to any user. this can then be shown for each train along with other details of train

Too Slow...Push for more R&D (Release Updates)

Need High Optimization. While in entering the login details and proceeding for sig in , it takes more time to authenticate. Once you have logged in, the next time by default it should go to the main screen (If remember me is enabled) which is profound in many apps. Push for more R&D for syncing fast with the server and make us comfortable to use this app anymore. Don't just sit back with your basic release software version and minor updates, no one will use it unless you fix major issues (eg: App is too slow in communicating with the IRCTC server and retrieving info. is dead slow) by taking customer feedback effectively. Often the app shows unable to retrieve info. and try again. Message to App developer : A cosmetic, showy app wasting customer bandwidth & resources. Message to IRCTC : I expect Android/iOS app from you in high quality from top developers unlike this windows app crap.
