More Ads? Seriously?

Interface is identical to LinkedIn's online experience. Microsoft had the opportunity to do something exceptional with the UX (LinkedIn definitely needs it), but instead they only added a few links on the sidebar. Oh, and they included even more ads on the bottom. Not even a marginal improvement, don't even bother.

Adequate Implementation

It feels a little too much like the web site in a frame, but there are some nice buttons on the left that make it easier to navigate than the site itself. There is a lot more the developers can do to make it feel like a rich client app instead of a window around the web page though. Keep at it!

Does not enable share function

Just a wrapper for website. After installing, still no way to share an article from a news app to LinkedIn via the share charm.

Was glad to see a LinkedIn app, but it's buggy

OK for a quick check, but it seems every time I try to do more I find a new problem. Today's example. When I reply to a msg an error message is displayed prompting me to select a connection. The connection that sent the original email still exists in the To field. Tried deleting and adding them back, but still received the message. Jumped over to the web LinkedIn interface and no issues sending the reply following the exact same sequence.

Very basic and needs work

This app is merely a half-decent wrapper for touch.linkedin.com. It is often difficult to login, and since it simply hosts the content in the IE metro browser, it suffers from that browsers limitations. One key example is the logout feature; it's almost impossible to logout without a cursor due to the dropdown (bad design!). That said, you can do basic things, but it would be really nice to have a real app soon.

One of my Fav Win 8 apps

I love this app. Many of the Win 8 apps have less functionality than the web app alternatives. Not this one - its much better than the android phone app, too. Makes LinkedIn a real option instead of something that I hate to use.

Slow, cluttered UI and awful navigation... I wish LinkedIn would step up and release a "real" app
