Logging in Issue

It was fine for the first few days. But I can no longer log in. The suggested fix online that was given a year ago didn't help. A suggestion for a feature is a button to automatically update from server

Feature Request

With recent updates to the app we've noticed some things have stopped working. When we create an opportunity and attach an activity to it, when we come back to the record later within the app, the activities attached (regarding) the opportunity are not listed. They show up correctly from the CRM web site so we know it's not a server-side issue. We've also noticed some problems within the app when adding "users" to an appointment. The appointment gives an error when we save it. This does not happen from the web site.

Really good for managing my Business

I'm a high tech sales/biz dev guy and this tool is an ideal combination of quick and flexible. It gives me access to, and organizes the information I need without demanding information I don't have, or don't care about - and it's quick. (soo important!) I recommend - especially with a touch screen machine, the flow intergrates perfectly with my daily routine One exception - you need to remember to "refresh" when you first load the app if you're working on multiple machines otherwise you'll be missing records. Would be nice if you guys could please address that issue. (-1 star)

It's a good start, but...

It's a nice try but this app, falls short of the customization you can do with how CRM is being used by me. I'm a services person, not a sales person and the default screen isn't set up for services, by default and I can't find a way to change it. Also, I've created a custom dashboard on my online version that I can seem to use in this version. If there was a way to customize this app more so that it's not a task to use it, then I'd probably rate it higher.

Barely There

Two key upgrades needed for sales and enterprise leaders: 1. Option to customize default Sales Dashboard to start with organization level rather than individual 2. Integration with actual sales performance to goals so organization and individual performance can be tracked.

Great leap forward

The mobile app really gives some strong capabilities, between the modern interface and the semi-offline capability, it really helps in the day-to-day use of CRM, especially when away from the office.

good start

overall, this is pretty good. it gives me a decent way to look at what is going on in CRM. There are a few things that are needed to make this a goto app for my tablet: 1) Quotes: being able to at least review quotes would be a start. Being able to create a quote while in the field would be a plus 2) speed. it often takes quite awhile for data to come down 3) exchange integration: CRM for outlook has a nice feature where you can flag pretty much anything so that it will show up on your todo list in Outlook. It makes for a nice consolidated list of todo's I am still playing with it. so far, it is nice for my surface. but, being able to do Quotes would make it so much better for field work.

Missing Service Activities/Contracts

This only works with CRM 2013 update. Once our CRM Online account was updated, the app functioned relatively well, although there are still a number of SQL Server errors on some columns that require a refresh. I'm disappointed (minus 1-star) that there's no contracts/service record or service activity management which would have made this ideal for Surface or Surface 2 deployments. Hopefully there will be some updates coming soon
