One star only because it wont let me give it less. I find it ridiculous that there is no U-Verse app for windows 8.0. I switched from iPhone to Windows solely to have a better camera built in. I didn't have to double pay for my U-Verse subscription when I wad on iPhone and I shouldn't have to now. We pay enough for our TV service as is! Denying Windows phone users something that is provided to Apple users is completely unfair.

Does not let you manage your DVR. Old version for windows 7 let you manage DVR. Bad user interface. Video does not work

We pay a lot for uverse +wireless, there's no way I'm going to pay more for what I already have. I'll just get a Volcano system that lets me watch my uverse channels and my DVR over the internet. You're missing the boat and the train for windows phones, AT&T!!

Amending my last review. I have been on the phone with AT&T for an hour and a half now and they still have mo idea what is going on with U-Verse on Windows Phone 8. It is available for Windows Phone 7 and, as a developer, there isn't much effort involved in porting an app. The only thing I can think is that they made this and chose not to publish U-Verse in an attempt to confuse users into paying an additional $10.00 per month subscription. I have reported this app to Microsoft for having confusing terms. Please report this app as well and hopefully we can get it pulled so nobody else gets ripped off. Maybe they will give us our U-Verse back.

Horrible app. You will be charged ten bucks a month for a very limited array of programming, and hood luck getting even one complete show to stream properly. It will cut in and out until you get frustrated and then it will reset itself as if you never even started the show. Don't waste money on this service.

Complete and utter failure! App never loads, only gives a message that a setting needs to adjusted by calling 611 (total **!) ATT needs to get the uverse app for windows 8 phones ASAP!!!!

This application is obscenely poor. It is an update, replacing the former AT&T Uverse TV application that offered subscriber DVR management and viewing the TV service and DVR recordings. It should be released separately; it is an update in no way, and the tactic seems intended to con extra fees. That is inappropriate. This application is made to view Uverse TV content. However, the fee is independent of existing subscriptions. It is not clearly stated before installation nor in license agreements. This is also inappropriate; service should be gratis to subscribers, and its Store description should disclose fees. This application is unfit for release; users should uninstall. AT&T should remove the Store entry, recognize Uverse TV subscriptions, appropriately describe it in the Store, and/or publish it separately, restoring the original client.

Of course this is not free! The free U-verse app that let you manage ur system was taken down last year (I hope it returns!) You can still access that via the web, though. This app here is the pay app that allows you to watch certain channels. Works just fine for me! Lumia 920.
