I'd Be Lost

I have been using this for over 10 years now and would be lost without it. Every device I have works well and I am never without my passwords. Just installed on Windows 10 and look forward to using the interface app. Keep up the great work.

Best login app ever

I've been using this app for years and it just keeps getting better. Choose the 'everywhere' version and you can use it on any device with the same profile and it keeps all your information synched securely.

I used more then 5 years... This is worst version.

I've used all previous version. And it work fine. But this is so bad in all cases. I'm going to find a replace. P.S. Application is free but subscription costs enough for make good application (not this). I'll recommend all my friends to change password manager to any other...

Needs some serious work to be functional.

As a current user of the desktop form of RoboForm, I had high hopes for this app. Unfortunately, it falls very short of the quality I've come to expect from RoboForm. I do not mind having the in-app browser--I get why that's necessary. HOWEVER, the browser is extremely slow, very prone to freezing and hardly communicates with the password fill-in feature. 90% of the time, the form filling didn't work at all or caused the app to crash altogether. Additionally, the user interface is very clunky and difficult to decipher. The buttons necessary for filling in the forms or generating passwords require a swipe from the bottom of the screen to show, which then takes the cursor out of the form that needs to filled. One would think this app could be written to run in the background and designed to recognize when form fields are present and to pop up a notification box to which the user could select to either fill in or generate password. Or at least allow the user to work with a split screen.

This App is Seriously Lacking in Functionality

Wow, does this lack functionality when compared to the standard browser add in and the IOS App. About the only positive I can say is that it does synch passwords from other devices. And one can make it work...If one is looking for a Metro App password manager I advise one to look elsewhere. I'll keep using RoboForm because I primarily use Desktop and IOS. Update--just installed the new update. Still seriously lacking. No differentiation between logins and bookmarks on the main screen. Also, safe notes are buried in the folders meaning no easy way to find them either. I use RoboForm over LastPass because also includes bookmarks. I hope RoboForm upgrades the usability of the modern app before I have to use it. Since I primarily use IOS and Windows Desktop, not a problem with lack of functionality at this point.

Beta software

This appears to be a first attempt product for the metro interface. The built in web browser is buggy and does not load pages correctly. The interface for looking at logins is non-intuitive and difficult to search through. There is a bar at the top of the app but who knows if its to search your logins or an actual URL -- you can specify which search action to take after you type in your term but really that is cumbersome.

What the what?

What is this supposed to be? This may be the worst Windows store app I have ever seen. The problem are too numerous to mention but the bottom line is that it abandons the basic idea that when you are at a website you can see and fill your password info. You cannot rely on RF to fill in any more as website are constantly changing their addresses and login requirements. Many times you are left with a window with no login or you click RF and nothing happens but you are able to "show" the password and login. I would say this happens almost 1/4 of the time. With this silly app you are taken to a site but if it doesn't login you have no way of "showing" login info - there is no menu choice for that site like on normal browsers. What is the point of this silly exercise? Really?

Cautious 3 Stars

I've been using Roboforms for many years now, since the early days, and have thousands of logins. I use it constantly on my Windows 8 machine and on Android, etc. This version is really inferior in operation to all of the others. I tried to login to LinkedIn and it inserted the username and password just fine, but then tried to fill in the sign in form and I cannot sign in to Linked in on the Metro version. Bummer. I had high hopes. Since this is a new version, and I applaud the development, I am giving it 3 stars. It actually deserves less, and if this were my first experience, I would not have been a faithful user.

The Worst RoboForm Ever!

RoboForm, what the bleep were you thinking when you released this piece of crap? I have RF on all my PCs and on an Android tablet and it's great on all those devices. This app, however, is horrible. It won't show you your passwords for sites. Instead, it automatically takes you to the site when tapping on the site icon & logs you in without asking. No option to just fill but not submit. No option to just display your username & password like all the other RF apps have. This app needs a total overhaul. Until that happens, I'm uninstalling it.
