It's okay

The app logs me out every time I minimize the window. The result is me having to log back into the application multiple times a day, this is annoying and needs to be fixed.

Constant Crashing & Not Desktop Friendly

This application constantly crashes on a Windows 10 desktop. When I did have it working, it wasn't very mouse friendly. Right-clicking constantly brought up a menu bar. Super cumbersome. It seems purely oriented for touch-based systems.

Best multi platform remote desktop app

The only thing that keeps me from rating this app 5 stars is that you can not flat bar the app without having to reconnect

Simply WOW!

Quick. Simple. Pretty easy. Quite stable. Somehow, on Windows Phone version (8.1 and 10), it feels like the "mouse" or "touchpad" input method response lacks some tracking accuracy, specially when zooming in, and in general I feel it still needs some improvement overall. Thank you for a great price for an excellent, flexible and readily available application.

One year review

So far it seems to work quite well. Does not have all the bells and whistles of some other products (Teamviewer and Logmein as examples) but for the cost, it's hard to beat this product. Just be aware of its limitations but I believe its a good value.

Works Well

Works well but needs a couple of additional options like displaying the IP address of the host in the iOS App. It's only available through a browser session. The latency needs addressing but I hear it will be fixed in the next version upgrade. Splashtop has done a great job so far, I'm looking forward to the next version.

best for the money... but...

I think it still needs improvement, there is no built in chat client, and the list of workstations is too large, a simple list would be better. also the non metro application is stuck as a small window without the ability to full screen or resize. the connections are a little less stable then the competitors. with all these drwbacks this is still the best option for the cost.

Great product and pricing!

I occasionally login to help a client out and other packages out there were too expensive and either had too many or too few features or the setup was not easy. Splashtop has everything I need, its quick to access and does the trick. Only criticism I have is when you have to right click, you get the task bars and you have to do it again to access the remote computer. Perhaps putting a floating icon to access Splashtop features instead of using the right click method.
