Great product and pricing!

I occasionally login to help a client out and other packages out there were too expensive and either had too many or too few features or the setup was not easy. Splashtop has everything I need, its quick to access and does the trick. Only criticism I have is when you have to right click, you get the task bars and you have to do it again to access the remote computer. Perhaps putting a floating icon to access Splashtop features instead of using the right click method.

Great for small to medium support groups

This app works really well. Doesn't have all the features of the larger (more expansive) tools like Citrix. but for remote support it's really nice.

One year review

So far it seems to work quite well. Does not have all the bells and whistles of some other products (Teamviewer and Logmein as examples) but for the cost, it's hard to beat this product. Just be aware of its limitations but I believe its a good value.

Awesome Remote Access app!

Love the app; but I love the desktop version evening better because they added the search filter at the top of the task bar. Side Note - to Spalshtop developers, please add this same search feature to the app version. Thanks for your time...

Works Well

Works well but needs a couple of additional options like displaying the IP address of the host in the iOS App. It's only available through a browser session. The latency needs addressing but I hear it will be fixed in the next version upgrade. Splashtop has done a great job so far, I'm looking forward to the next version.

best for the money... but...

I think it still needs improvement, there is no built in chat client, and the list of workstations is too large, a simple list would be better. also the non metro application is stuck as a small window without the ability to full screen or resize. the connections are a little less stable then the competitors. with all these drwbacks this is still the best option for the cost.

More than merely usable

My business provides support for hundreds of client PCs three states away, and my full availability during their normal (and other, lol) business hours. Splashtop Business makes my business possible at a fraction of the cost ($60/year) of their competition. Splashtop is easily 5 stars in regular Windows 7/8.1, but I'm only giving it a 4+ for the Windows RT version, simply because of the very strange [lack of] sorting of the current RT release. C'mon guys; get this fixed! That said, I still find it an indispensable tool which - along with the Surface RT - keeps me from being tethered to my office. I highly recommend it. Especially for IT pros who need an economical and reliable support tool. On an annual cost per seat basis, nothing else comes close.
