Nice to have this app, but it suffers a number of debilitating issues: - Playback is stuttery - Playback is highly compressed - After pausing video to try to eliminate stutters (momentarily), there is a 1 in 3 chance that sound will not return. (Requires quitting and restarting) - You are unable to jump ahead in a video without progressively watching all ad breaks. For me to get to the last 20 minutes of a 60 minute show meant that I needed to watch 15 minutes of ads. Yikes. Hope they fix this, it would be a great app if it worked properly.

Most episodes are locked unless u provide tv provider info

There are no full episodes to watch and the app doesn't retrieve any data. At the very least the app is on Windows Phone, but to actually watch Syfy shows or do anything the app is described as doing, I have to use Netflix and the Internet. (Good content from Syfy is rare on Netflix because Syfy/other licensors refuse to license it. Good for alienating viewers/fans, but bad for keeping them.)

Slow and doesn't load episode information quickly even though I'm on a great network connection.

On the Windows 8.1 version of the app, I can see and view episodes. On the Windows Phone 8.1 version, looking at the same time (side-by-side) those episodes don't appear. Logged/verified account on both devices but, no episodes on WP. Fix this!!

Was working very well when I first installed the app...but now app won't even launch. Tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling - didn't work either. I hope the app is fixed soon. I love my SyFy and would like to enjoy the app again. Please fix.

Why the frak would you put *WHITE* bars on the video player? I'm blinded during playback at night. Just make them black.

All videos unable to play? Must be a country blocking thing. This is one of the reason why other country pirates your tv shows and movies.

Bit disappointed in performance in this app for windows phone 8 and Windows 8 RT. SyFy Now works great from a desktop Windows 8.1 machine, but anything less and I can't even get through 10 minutes of a program before it freezes. Closing and launching app has made no difference; have a feeling that this isn't very compatible with anything less powerful than a desktop machine. /sigh

Useless app for me. It lets me select an episode, play 1 commercial then it stops while loading the next one. DirecTV is my provider.
