Play back ****.

The app constantly fails playing shows. Sometimes it starts back up where it left off, but mostly you start back at the beginning, and when you try to advance back to where you were, it stops at every commercial point. I have no other apps that play video that do this. They all play pretty much every video without failing. If I could rate it lower, I would.

great app

Great app! One minor problem is that the app will crash. This usually happens after I have it minimized for a few minutes. No idea what causes it. Also, It makes you watch commercials immediately before the show (I understand the need for commercials), but the problem is, when you skip ahead (Say you watched part of the tv show earlier) it makes you watch the commercials again. So it is really hard to find where you left off, having to watch commercials each time you skip through trying to find the spot to resume from.

Says Charter is supported here, can't find it.

According to the Charter Spectrum website, I should be able to log in to this app. However, I can't find the company in the list anywhere. Would help if the list were in alphabetical order or something so you could more easily find the companies... But I've gone through multiple times, and no Charter Spectrum. Don't know if this is related to my Windows 10 upgrade, but I doubt it. Will check Android version later.

Where's Charter Communications?

No Charter provider option...I can stream thru a web browser...but constantly crashes. My iPad App works perfectly...Hmmm.....Windows 10 already begins to disappoint.

Good idea, not great implementation

Crashes are frequent, and I can't find a way to buffer the stream. Without a buffer, the videos are unwatchable.

Think hard before using

When the program you are watching is streaming (you have to log into your cable provider), it is great. Unfortunately the platform is not stable for some reason and when the commercials come in (and there are a lot of them) the app can crash. Not completely sold on it but since my cable company does not provide Syfy shows on demand, I am stuck with this option. Not thrilled about it.

Unsorted cable providers list

After you pick an episode to watch, the cable provider's list isn't sorted or searchable. Please add these features, it's very difficult to search through so many providers without them.
