Crap

Doesn't open you file doesn't help you with anything. Just pops up as a blank screen no matter what you do. Worthless!

Need a lot of improvement

After using TaxCut for years I decided to use this software. I just efiled and waiting for the IRS acceptance. Crossing my fingers. The software should use the empty space in each screen to explain at the beginning of each step what's about. For example, I was missing the efile button because I was under the impression that I already ended the whole process. then I noticed that the -> arrow still was available so I clicked on it and there it was in the next screen. So please, do not be shy!

So So App

Trying to reopen the file doesn't work very well. App doesn't carry data between parts of return, i.e. had to enter state and local income tax instead of that data coming from W-2 entry. Did not properly account for a state tax refund.
