Very unhappy with product

This laptop offers very slow downloads, very difficult to nonexistent, access to user guide, is preloaded with unwanted proprietary apps, which I have been unable to disable. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is virtually useless to me for even the most simple tasks. I doubt that I will consciously purchase another Toshiba product. I feel that I have been seriously misled regarding the usability, utility and quality of this product. Alan Wilkins

I didn't get what I paid for

This computer is far too slow - I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Downloads are slow and music and videos are constantly buffering. Totally UNACCEPTABLE

Toshiba computer

extremely hard to manage screen constantly changing , size, then divided screen , enlarging ==extremely aggravating wish I did not buy this computer/ HATE touch screen hate logging in and out --DO NOT LIKE AT ALL!!!!!

Microsoft

This Windows 8.1 I just received is like a cookie cutter commercial. It allows no room for arranging on your own. It is like every app and program is designed for a 12 yr old mind and there are no choices to move up to more intelligent organization of files and apps. It is too limited. 1990 systems were faster.

inability to access users guide and register prod

I cannot even get the Toshiba central live tile to function. I would like to have access to the user's guide, Also, needed to register my product and the date field (box) would not let me enter the date. I work at a retail outlet that sells technology. I wouldshiba find it hard to recommend this product to my customers due to the above mentioned situations. When I click on Toshiba central to access the user's guide, all I get is that red screen that ultimately does nothing. I saved up so I could buy a good quality Laptop. If I were not having the above mentioned problems I would be happy
