GREAT APP

Love this app got this along with the Android version. App is worth the $20.00 on both because it just kicks the stock email apps out of the water!! Keep up the good work

Awesome after latest update!

I've supported (ie. purchased) TD for all my devices (Android, iOS) and am happy that it's being developed for Win8/RT. Since it's still in development I think it's a great first release that will only get better! Edit: Finally kicks butt, thanks nitrodesk!! Would be nice to pin both the mail and calendar to the start menu on next release. Support the devs to make it even better, thank you TD!

Touch down

This a good email exchange account for windows 8.1. I have used it on the android side and this is just as usable.

Good replacement for outlook

The app is a little buggy but hopefully will be improved overtime. The good thing is that it syncs right up with my work email, so now I have access to the email and calendar on all my devices. Microsoft should look more into making their products more productive like this. Outlook is the only email app that will not let me sync with my work Exchange account.

Terrible App - DO NOT PURCHASE

You should not pay. This is bad even if it was free. Forces close often. Does not synchronize between servers all the time. So if you read or delete mail on Touchdown, be prepared to duplicate on other machine. Their software works great with the same server on the android platform. But windows seemed rushed and very unstable. APP IS BAD

Needs Update

I've owned this app for months and there have been no updates since the original release. For $20, I would expect to see at least one update every 2 or 3 months. As it is now, it has limited functionality for email and does not perform as well as the built in Mail app. Very disappointed by Touchdown.

Very good ...but not on Windows 8

I have the paid version on my android phone and its brilliant therefore I decided to try the windows version. It still needs a lot of work and the developers should have released this (windows) version as a beta and not expect anyone to pay for an obviously buggy app, not ready to be released.

Ok But...

App works ok. I don't like the fact that every time I start the app I have to reset the viewing window configuration. Also, the link function does seem to work. When I set up a link in an email, people always tell me the link didn't come through. Lastly, when I start the app it automatically goes back to my desk top view instead of staying open and allowing me to view email. I always have to re-select it to get to stay open

Touchdown for Windows Surface Pro 2

I've been a Touchdown user both on the Android and IOS platform. I have had no issues with the product and I actually bought them on those two platforms. I recently acquired a surface pro and got touchdown evaluated. The performance is ok. However I am having an issue that I can't seem to find any resolution on. I keep getting a blank screen on it. I am not sure if its because of the OS version or what not. I am still using the trial version at this point because I am not planning to use USD 20 for a product that will annoy me. The issue is annoying and I hope it will be fixed soon. Configuration is seamless. Use, on the times I am able to see my screen are ok. I hope dashboard will have the same flexibility and customizability its got on an android. Looking forward for a fix before my trial expires! ;)

Poor implementation of an email/calendar app

This is my only option to sync my work email/calendar/contacts, and it is a very poor app. Contacts do not all sync, cannot search for contacts when writing an email, email constantly syncs, syncs, and re-syncs. Looses all information and says folders are not set up to sync when 5 mins ago I was replying to emails. Cannot understand how they can charge $19.99 for software that is not reliable. Do not use.
