Does not support charter.net

I have spend over an hour emailing back and forth with nbc support. it appears they know nothing about this app and have not idea what it is. Note if you are a charter.net cable subscriber you can not sign in to your account because they did not place a link on their sign in area for charter.net.

Doesn't work

This app doesn't play video in windows 8.1 and asks me to verify internet connection even though my internet connection is good. This app really needs to really be fixed.

Needs Major Improvement

The design of the app is simple enough, but could use a refresh as a universal Windows 10 app. As it is right now the video player is horrid. It seems to be changing quality all to much and is either too high for my connection or so bad it's hard to make out what's on the screen. To make things worse when the app does decide to automatically change quality during a show it will freeze the video and continue the audio, skipping ahead in the video. Very annoying! The service also has far too many commercials an average of 5 30 second commercials each break?! Really?! A service and application in need of major improvement. Better off linking your provider with Hulu and watching on there.

App installed but it doesn't work. All info filled out, wifi connection is excellent....but it doesn't recognize it and continues to show message to verify connection and restart. Done many times and still doesn't connect. useless app

Works with iPad, but not Windows 8.1

I have the same error when attempting to play video using the app with Windows 8.1. App works as advertised with iPad. That said, the fact that we have to wait to watch tonight's shows is frustrating. We can watch them via the "live" feature if we happen to be near our device and / or awake when they come on, but if you are working, you have to wait until the show is posted the following day. We paid for the content, let us watch the content.

Use to work

This app use to work. Now it just gives a messed please verify internet connection. Don't know what happened, but it a dud now.

Junk software, don't waste your time.

Complete junk. As the other reviews state, gives an a false error that there is no internet connection. No support, and no one to submit the problem to. Microsoft needs to vet these apps.

Have to sign in with your "TV Provider"

What's the point of using this app if I'm trying to watch your shows, with ads, with out having a "TV Provider". This wasn't always the case either. I was able to watch full episode's of MR. ROBOT with out having to log in to anything about 3 or 4 months ago... Why the sudden change? Do you not want more people to watch your shows?

This app does not work at all. I keep trying to play episodes and I keep getting an error saying problem playing video. Please fix this app so it works or pull it completely until you update it. Its really useless right now please update ASAP
