Good, not great.
Overall, it's a pretty nice app. However, there are a few very annoying flaws. First, I have a very high pixel density screen, and nothing seems to scale correctly. All of the icons are very very small and hard to read. Second, you can't get all of the information from the app. When you click 'more info' it takes you to the site which is a bit disappointing.More
easy to navigate, using filters are a plusMore
too much spam
The interface is better than most, but there are two things wrong: 1) Real estate agents have figured out how to spam advertisements onto the map. For instance, I will click on a red dot for sale icon, and it will be for a new development that is nowhere near that location. It is definitely being done on purpose. 2) Agents are able to hide whether the house has oil heat by leaving the item blank. No one wants oil heat. If it is gas heat, which people want, it is always included. I have to, however, go to another website to confirm the kind of heat the house has. (Again, if the type of heat is "other," it is usually oil heat.)More
Where are the property lines?
The app would certainly trump the web version if the property lines on the map were visible. Also, the info for each listed and unlisted property is pitiful compared to the web version.More
Would be better if it were possible to view favorites and to save to favorites. If it is possible, it is not intuitive.More
Needs Windows Phone Version
I was using this app and spent time adding a bunch of favorites. Then I opened up the app on my phone and realized there is no way to login to my account and no way to access the favorites. It seems the app is also removed from the store. What's going on, why can't you make a universal app that works on both devices? I really liked this app but without a phone version, it's pretty useless. I've switched to realtor.com which has an app for both devices and lets me access my account \ favorites from both devices.More
Won't Even Open
I've installed, uninstalled and re-installed this app multiple times on my desktop running Windows 8.1. When I I click on the tile, the Zillow logo appears momentarily, and then it aborts back to the Windows main screen. Waste of time.More
Useful, with a qualification.
This is a very useful app for house hunting. My only regret is that there does not seem to be a way to coordinate search results and favorites between multiple platfoms such as phone, tablet, and pc. Each appears to only operate independently.More
Beautiful & Functional
Simply one of the best Windows 8 apps out there. And definitely the best real estate one.More
If you're searching for a new home, you cannot beat the Zillow app for Windows. Very slick interface and tons of valuable information and photos. This one is very well done.More
