Easily create stop motion movies or slideshows from still photographs, drawings, a scanner, a webcam, or connected camera. Zoetrope helps you create that perfect animation of your Lego creation or any other series of photographs to make a stop motion animation. New Feature: Upload to YouTube directly in the app and see all of the public animations uploaded to YouTube on the Zoetrope on YouTube page. Pick a music file from your music library to add audio to the animation. Cel-animation feature to draw animation cels with pen, mouse, or touch. Save the animations to h.264 MP4, Windows Media WMV, or uncompressed AVI files. If you have a scanner you can now use it directly in Zoetrope to add photos - either using the flatbed or auto sheet feeder - great for paper-based animation projects. You can now use two PCs connected wirelessly (Bluetooth, TCP/IO or Wi-Fi Direct) to automatically take photos simultaneously and then easily pass photos and movies between the two.More

Don't get it!
At first the application seemed very easy to use, I liked the UI a lot. I was going to purchase the premium version right away but I am so glad I didn't. It can't even give me a preview video, the application is constantly crashing. Microsoft has been nothing of a disappointment when it comes to there app store, the apps as well have been equally disappointing.More
Used to work great.
It used to be great when I added photos, but now they are all out of order and some aren't even on it. Terrible now.More

I'm sorry you are having problems with Zoetrope. How are you adding the photos? They should be ordered based on the date taken in the photo metadata. For the photos that don't show up, is there anything in common with them?More
it totally sucks. I downloaded my photos in the right order but when it showed up it was in the wrong order and it was so messed up that I couldn't put it in the wrong order.More
From A Student
Dear All, I downloaded this app for a school project. It worked as well as you would expect for a free app (not well). It needed to be reloaded often, didn't save my work, and had difficulty rendering the final video. Not to mention the UI is not great. The paid version, which I was forced to purchase, is no better. The free version would not allow me to make my videos less than thirty seconds even though it is advertised that you can. All in all, you get what you pay for. When it did work, it worked fine.More
fun for kids
My son is having a great time with his legos and this app, but can he record audio? I don't see a way to do so. Right now his movies are all silent. I know he can add music but we were using an IPAD app that had great sound effects and he could record his own talking, etc. Can we do this with this app?More
This product is ok, but the free version does not allow you to make a longer-than-30-sec video, and use a webcam or iPhone to take pictures. Kinda useless if you asked me.More
great for starters hard to use sometimes
its a great way to start stop motion but it can be sometimes hard to use but for starters it a simple way start stop motion and ONCE YOU GET USED TO CONTROLS NOT HARD TO USEMore
This is a pretty good app but every time I want to take another picture, it makes me close one page, select take picture and take another. Other than that it is a great app.More
I'm starting to get the hang of this program. And may I also add their help desk is awesome. I had a question about the cels on the photos and they hit me back in no less than 24hrs. Thank You. But there is this tiiiiiny little thing. I'm now having trouble erasing and find myself using the white color to do it because the ERASER seems to delete in strokes... not by section. But that's it. I'm excited about my clip can't wait to show it to you.More
Were is my Pro version
I paid the $1.99 for the pro version and it showed up for one use and disappeared. Now I only have the locked limited version. What a rip-off!!More
